Meet John Sneddon

I am a founder of Alleviate along with Sam. We partnered together because I see the same challenges he sees with businesses keeping on top of their book work.

I’ve worked in accounting for over twenty years and in 2012, I became the owner of the small business accounting firm Hannagan & Devereux in Dunedin.

​

In my role as owner and partner of Hannagan & Devereux I have seen numerous businesses over time get caught up with penalties and other challenges simply because they are not on top of their books.

​

My drive to create Alleviate is to provide a stress-free solution for businesses.

I am currently a director of Otago Furniture and Chasmont Finance which has been owned and operated by my family for over 150 years.
